What stays on the robot: our privacy rules, in plain English
A robot that lives in your home sees everything. Here is exactly what Tuck keeps, what he sends us, and how to delete all of it.

Tuck has cameras and microphones because he can’t tidy a room he can’t see. That makes privacy the most important thing we design, so here are our rules without the legal language.
What stays in your home
All video and audio. Tuck recognises objects and rooms on his own chip. Nothing is uploaded unless you start a video call, and calls are end-to-end encrypted.
What we receive
Anonymous task logs, like ‘unloaded the dishwasher, 14 of 22 items, 6 minutes’, and crash reports. You can switch both off.
How to delete everything
Open the privacy centre in the app and tap ‘Forget everything’. Tuck wipes his map and memories and starts fresh. It takes about ninety seconds.
