Three promises we design around.

Soft by design
Knit over rounded shells, force-limited joints and no gap wide enough to pinch a finger. If it can hurt someone, it gets redesigned.

Stops when touched
Touch anywhere on his suit and he stops within 5 cm. The stop button on his back cuts every motor in 80 ms.

Yours to delete
Video stays on the robot. Anonymous task logs are optional. One button in the app makes him forget your home entirely.

Privacy, in plain English.
No. His cameras build a map and recognise objects on the robot itself. Video never leaves your home unless you start a call, and calls are end-to-end encrypted.
Anonymous task logs, like 'unloaded the dishwasher, 14 of 22 items, 6 minutes', and crash reports. You can switch both off in the app.
Yes. The privacy centre lists every room, object and routine Tuck knows, with a delete button next to each.
Yes. Say 'Tuck, eyes closed' or tap pause in the app. His visor goes dark so everyone in the room can see it.
Tap 'Forget everything' and he wipes his memory in about ninety seconds. We also do it at our depot for any returned robot.
