Who Tuck is for

Made for homes, not factories.

Tuck is 98 cm of patient help, designed around how real households work: messy, busy, and full of people who never signed up to live with a robot.

01

Busy families

Picks up the Lego, loads the dishwasher and reads the bedtime list back to you.

    02

    Living alone

Fetches the post, notices a fall, and calls your daughter when something seems off.

      03

      Flat-shares

Keeps the shared kitchen fair: everyone's mugs washed, nobody's mess ignored.

        What Tuck does all day.

Not a party trick. The small, dull, daily jobs that eat an hour of every evening, done quietly while you do something better.

Folds a full load in 11 minutes.

01A face, not a camera rigTwo depth cameras and four microphones sit behind one sheet of glass. The eyes tell you what he's paying attention to.
02Soft all overA knitted suit over rounded shells. It zips off and goes in the wash at 30 °C.
03No pinch pointsEvery joint gap is under 4 mm, too narrow for a child's finger. Each hand lifts 3 kg, and no more.
04Hot-swap batterySix hours per pack. He changes it himself on the dock, so you never find him flat in the hallway.
05Careful feetRubber soles, a 0.6 m/s limit around people, and he stops within 5 cm the moment he's touched.
06The big buttonA stop button on his back that anyone can reach. Press it and every motor goes limp in 80 ms.

        Privacy

What happens at home stays at home.

Tuck sees your kitchen so he can tidy it. The video never leaves the robot. Drag the line to see the only thing we ever receive.

        Around the house

        One robot, every room.

Hover a room to see what he does there. He learns the house on day one, then keeps a live map as you move the furniture around.

        Why we exist

Building robots for people with better things to do.

Designed in Lisbon. Built in Porto.

Sixty-one people, one factory by the river, and a mill in Guimarães that knits every suit. We ship from Portugal to the US, the UK and home.

A kitchen glowing in warm evening light

        From the trial

        Real homes, real mess.

Clips from our forty trial homes in Porto, Leeds and Austin, sped up so you don’t have to watch a robot fold towels in real time.
